Pre-Shipment Inspection for Custom Sportswear Orders
Pre-shipment inspection is the final chance to catch order problems while goods are still at the factory. It should be simple, documented, and tied to the approved sample.

1. Start with quantity and assortment
Verify total pieces, size breakdown, color breakdown, names, numbers, and club or customer grouping before checking workmanship.
2. Compare against the approved sample
Use the approved sample, artwork, and size chart as inspection references. Do not rely only on memory or chat messages.
3. Document findings with photos
Ask for clear photos of measurements, logos, stitching, packing, and carton labels. Photo records make approvals and corrections easier.
FAQ
