1. Artwork and spec confirmation
The first stage is aligning artwork files, size charts, fabric choices, logo placements, labels, and packing instructions. Delays here usually delay the whole order.
2. Sampling and approval
Samples confirm the real product before bulk production. Buyers should review fit, print, color, workmanship, and packaging, then approve changes in writing.
3. Bulk production and QC
After approval, the factory schedules fabric, cutting, printing, sewing, finishing, inspection, and packing. Peak season may require earlier booking.
4. Shipment and reorder planning
Shipment time depends on courier, air, sea, or combined logistics. Keep reorder files organized so repeat production is faster.
