1. Why MOQ changes by fabric and color
Stock fabrics usually support lower starting quantities, while custom colors or special yarns require larger fabric commitments. If your design has many colorways, ask whether the MOQ applies per design, per color, or per total order.
2. Print method affects setup cost
Sublimation can be efficient for full-pattern jerseys, while heat transfer names and numbers add separate setup and labor. Embroidery and woven badges may require minimums from accessory suppliers.
3. Size mix and packaging matter
A broad size run, youth sizes, individual polybags, barcode labels, or club-by-club packing may increase handling time. Confirm these details before comparing MOQ offers.

Can MOQ be lower for repeat orders?
Often yes, especially when artwork, fabric, and labels are already confirmed. Ask the supplier to quote first order MOQ and reorder MOQ separately.
Does low MOQ always mean better?
